These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and kawat4 ("kawat4", "we", "us", "our", "Platform", "Service"), governing your access to and use of the kawat4 online gaming platform located at https://kawat4.cam and all associated services, features, and content. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any kawat4 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User to access kawat4 services, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the amount of funds currently held in your Account, available for wagering or withdrawal, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a gaming outcome, including but not limited to sports bets, casino games, lottery entries, and poker hands.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by kawat4, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to provide government-issued identification and supporting documents.
• "Platform" means the kawat4 website, mobile applications, and all associated software and services.
• "Real Money Gaming" means gaming activities where Users wager actual funds with the potential to win monetary prizes.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with kawat4, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have carefully read these Terms and Conditions, understand their legal implications, and consent to be bound by all provisions herein. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. kawat4 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Material changes will be communicated through on-site notifications or email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Should you disagree with any modifications, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with the termination provisions outlined herein.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create an Account and use kawat4 services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. kawat4 operates a strict age verification policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not under any legal disability, guardianship, or other condition that would prevent you from being bound by this Agreement.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited. While kawat4 operates under international licenses and primarily serves the Indonesian market, you acknowledge that Indonesian law regarding online gaming is complex. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account with kawat4. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or false identities, constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Financial Capacity: You must use only funds that legally belong to you. You may not use funds obtained through illegal means, and you acknowledge that kawat4 cooperates with financial authorities to prevent money laundering.
• Not Self-Excluded: You have not previously self-excluded from kawat4 or any other gaming platform due to problem gambling issues. If you have self-excluded, you may not create a new Account during your exclusion period.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information or misrepresenting your eligibility constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate Account termination.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match your government-issued identification documents. kawat4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, kawat4 requires all Users to complete KYC verification. This process typically requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address (issued within the last 90 days)
• A selfie photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time for security purposes. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. kawat4 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who fails to provide satisfactory verification documents.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity. You agree to immediately notify kawat4 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. kawat4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must immediately update your Account information if any details change, including your email address, phone number, or residential address. kawat4 uses your registered contact information for important communications regarding your Account, including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and regulatory notices.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

kawat4 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Most deposits are processed instantly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. You may only deposit funds from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned and your Account suspended pending investigation. kawat4 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete)
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be satisfied
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the withdrawal page

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified Accounts. However, kawat4 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks, which may extend processing time up to 7 business days. For the prevention of money laundering, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal unless exceptional circumstances apply. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the transaction.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on kawat4 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in another currency, your financial institution may apply foreign exchange rates and fees over which kawat4 has no control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

kawat4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Platform at the time the bonus is offered. Key provisions include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are typically available only to Users who meet specific criteria (e.g., new players, minimum deposit amount, promotional period).
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in the bonus terms.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in bonus terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period (e.g., 30 days from issuance).
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering a bonus, maximum bet limits apply (e.g., IDR 50,000 per bet). Exceeding these limits may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may not claim multiple bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.

kawat4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, coordinated betting, or any other attempt to exploit promotional offers, will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds. All bonus determinations are at the sole discretion of kawat4 management and are final.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on kawat4 are governed by these Terms and any specific game or sport rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the rules applicable to that specific game or market. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed except in cases of obvious error as determined by kawat4.

7.2 Sports Betting

kawat4 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, and esports. Bet settlement is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, specific rules apply as outlined in our Sports Betting Rules, accessible on the Platform. kawat4 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction).

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are displayed where applicable. kawat4 does not guarantee any specific outcome, and all gaming results are determined by chance.

7.4 Lottery and Togel

kawat4 offers lottery services including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). Draw results are based on official lottery outcomes or certified RNG systems. Lottery rules, prize structures, and draw schedules are published on the Platform.

7.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Collusion with other players or third parties
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors
• Arbitrage betting or coordinated betting patterns
• Any form of fraudulent activity or cheating
• Abusive behavior toward kawat4 staff or other Users

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kawat4 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical malfunctions
• Errors in odds, results, or game outcomes (except where liability is expressly mandated by law)
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain security
• Third-party payment processor failures or delays

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. kawat4 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

In no event shall kawat4's total liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Balance after satisfying all wagering requirements and pending bets. 9.2 Termination by kawat4

kawat4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You provide false or misleading information
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Your Account remains inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• kawat4 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued provision of services is inappropriate

Upon termination for cause, kawat4 reserves the right to forfeit your Balance and any pending winnings. If your Account is terminated without cause, your Balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with a positive Balance that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee. kawat4 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying such fees.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kawat4 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and kawat4. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in our licensing jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to your use of kawat4 must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises, or such claim shall be permanently barred.
